Google is seeking a People Systems Analyst to enhance HR processes and ensure smooth operations within Workday. You'll leverage your expertise in Workday modules and HR systems to support people processes across various geographies. This role requires 5 years of experience in Workday administration and offers a competitive salary range of $110,000-$157,000.
You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience and possess Workday certification in one or more modules such as HCM, Absence Management, Talent, Performance, or Core/Advanced Compensation. With at least 5 years of experience in Workday administration, implementation, or system configuration, you are well-versed in configuring SaaS HR systems and have a solid understanding of Global HR and Payroll processes. Your analytical skills enable you to identify problems and their dependencies, while your attention to detail and time management skills ensure that you can multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
You thrive in collaborative settings, working across geographies and different regulatory environments. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including HR Business Partners and Operations teams, allows you to provide exceptional support and training. You are committed to ensuring that users have a seamless experience with Workday, and you take pride in maintaining data accuracy and security.
Experience with additional HR systems or platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with auditing process data and resolving user inquiries. You are proactive in seeking solutions and enjoy troubleshooting complex issues, working closely with vendor support teams when necessary.
In this role, you will be part of the People Systems and Solutions team, where your primary focus will be on enhancing the Workday experience for users. You will analyze and improve HR processes, ensuring that employees can easily navigate tasks such as payroll, time off requests, and data management. Your expertise in Workday will be crucial as you develop and implement system solutions that support these processes.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance user satisfaction. Your role will involve auditing process data, analyzing trends, and resolving any discrepancies that arise. You will also provide training and support to HR Business Partners and other stakeholders, ensuring they are equipped to assist users effectively.
As you work with the vendor customer support team, you will handle escalations that cannot be resolved internally, ensuring that all user inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently. Your contributions will help create a more streamlined and user-friendly Workday experience, ultimately supporting the broader goals of the People Operations team.
