Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with experience in customer success management, particularly in SaaS environments. You possess excellent communication skills in both French and English, enabling you to effectively engage with clients and understand their needs. You have a proven track record of building strong relationships with customers and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the entire lifecycle of their engagement with the company.

You are adept at onboarding new clients and have a strategic mindset that allows you to develop implementation plans tailored to each customer's unique requirements. Your proactive approach to customer support ensures that clients maximize their use of the platform, leading to increased adoption and reduced churn rates.

You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams, including technology, compliance, and product development. You are skilled at gathering feedback from clients and translating it into actionable insights that can shape the product roadmap.

Your ability to drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities demonstrates your understanding of the business and your commitment to expanding contract revenue. You are passionate about helping organizations combat financial crime and are motivated by the impact of your work.

Desirable

Experience in the financial services or compliance industry would be a plus, as would familiarity with anti-money laundering solutions. You are comfortable using CRM tools and have a data-driven approach to decision-making.

What you'll do

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at ComplyAdvantage, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of strategic French-speaking customers. You will guide them through the onboarding process, ensuring they have a smooth transition to using our SaaS-based solutions. Your role will involve regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.

You will act as the primary point of contact for your clients, addressing their queries and coordinating with various teams within ComplyAdvantage to resolve any issues they may encounter. Your proactive support will help clients increase their utilization of the platform, ultimately leading to better outcomes for their organizations.

In addition to managing client relationships, you will play a key role in driving product improvements by collecting feedback and sharing insights with the product development team. Your contributions will help shape the future of our solutions, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our customers.

You will also collaborate with the sales and account management teams to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, contributing to the overall growth of the company. Your expertise in customer success will be instrumental in minimizing churn and ensuring high renewal rates among your clients.
