As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to promote our best-in-class digital marketing offerings. You will be responsible for driving user acquisition and activation through effective sales strategies. You will receive extensive training, including three weeks of classroom instruction followed by nine weeks of field training, to ensure you are well-prepared for success. You will work both from a home office and in the field, allowing for a hybrid work environment that suits your lifestyle. You will have the opportunity to earn significant commissions and bonuses based on your performance, with on-target earnings projected to increase in your second year. You will also participate in recognition programs and incentives, including an annual President’s Club Trip, to celebrate your achievements.
