Datadog is seeking a Field Marketing Manager for the LATAM South region to drive strategic marketing initiatives. You'll collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to enhance account engagement and lead generation. This role requires a strong background in field marketing and regional market knowledge.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in field marketing, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. Your passion for technology drives your dedication to exceeding goals and setting new standards of excellence within the field marketing domain. You consistently apply a growth mindset to your multi-touch, multi-channel approach to driving key account engagement. Collaboration is your forte, as you enjoy working with sales and cross-functional teams to understand colleagues' objectives, KPIs, and insights. Your deep market knowledge enables you to be a strategic partner across the GTM organization, ensuring that marketing efforts align with business goals.

Desirable

Experience in the LATAM market is a plus, as is familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms. You are comfortable with data-driven decision-making and can leverage insights to optimize marketing strategies. A background in technology or SaaS companies will help you understand the competitive landscape and customer needs better.

What you'll do

In this role, you will create regional field marketing plans utilizing your regional market knowledge while collaborating with the wider marketing team, including Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, and Partner Marketing. You will drive strategic planning with clear KPIs, goals, forecasts, workflows, and enablement plans. Your comprehensive understanding of Datadog's products, market positioning, and competition will be crucial as you develop initiatives that yield high-quality leads with best-in-class conversion rates. You will also be responsible for measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjusting strategies based on performance metrics.
