What you'll do

As the HR Benefits Specialist at GenScript, you will be responsible for administering various employee benefit programs. This includes overseeing health insurance plans, retirement savings options, and leave programs. You will ensure that all benefits are communicated clearly to employees, helping them understand their options and how to utilize them effectively. You will also handle inquiries related to benefits and provide guidance to employees regarding their choices. Your role will involve collaborating with the HR Director to develop and implement benefits strategies that align with the company's goals. You will monitor the effectiveness of benefits programs and make recommendations for improvements based on employee feedback and industry benchmarks. Additionally, you will assist in the annual benefits enrollment process, ensuring a smooth experience for all employees. Your attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulations.

What we offer

GenScript offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. You will have the opportunity to work onsite four days a week with one day of remote flexibility, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic.
