What you'll do

You will drive cross-team alignment by partnering with engineering, product, and customer-facing teams, ensuring that everyone has a shared understanding of priorities and outcomes. Your responsibilities will include providing clear, outcome-oriented specifications and guiding implementation to ensure that delivered features meet user and business expectations. You will champion the user perspective by identifying, prioritizing, and framing key pain points, ultimately contributing to the evolution of XTM Hub into a vibrant space for users to access resources and share tradecraft.
