Agoda is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join their Finance team in Bangkok. You'll collaborate with senior business partners on strategic projects and contribute to financial forecasting and analysis. This role requires 6-7 years of experience in an analytically focused position.
You have 6-7 years of total experience, ideally with a background in finance or analytics that requires strong commercial creativity. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with senior business partners to drive impactful projects. Your analytical skills enable you to develop business cases that align with strategic priorities, and you are comfortable owning parts of the company’s forecasts. You are part of a diverse international team of finance professionals, contributing to key analysis and reporting packs that inform effective decision-making.
Experience in a fast-paced environment and familiarity with financial modeling or data analysis tools would be advantageous. You are proactive in seeking out information and insights that can help guide strategic decisions. Your ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders is a key strength.
In this role, you will work closely with Booking Holdings and other BHI brands to drive country-level strategy and build value across the group. You will collaborate with senior business partners on various impactful projects, assisting in the development of business cases related to Agoda’s strategic priorities. You will own parts of the company’s forecasts, ensuring accuracy and relevance in your analysis.
