Affinitiv is seeking an Automotive OEM Field Account Manager to support Subaru dealerships in Denver and Salt Lake City. You'll educate dealers on marketing software and maintain relationships to ensure program success. This role requires strong communication and relationship-building skills.
You have a strong background in account management, ideally within the automotive industry, and possess excellent communication skills that allow you to build and maintain relationships with dealership personnel. You are comfortable traveling within your assigned territory to engage with dealers and ensure they understand and utilize the marketing software effectively. Your experience has equipped you with the ability to educate and train others, making you a valuable resource for both dealership and Subaru personnel.
You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with teams to drive results. Your understanding of OEM standards and dealership operations enables you to navigate the complexities of the automotive customer lifecycle. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and are committed to delivering exceptional service to your clients.
Experience in the automotive sector is a plus, as is familiarity with marketing software platforms. You may have a background in sales or customer success, which would enhance your ability to support dealerships in selecting and launching marketing programs. As an Automotive OEM Field Account Manager, you will be responsible for enrolling and maintaining Subaru dealers within your territory. You will inform and educate dealers on the marketing program, ensuring they are aware of program processes and updates. Training dealership and Subaru personnel on utilizing the software and marketing programs will be a key part of your role, as you assist them in selecting and launching individual and quarterly marketing initiatives.
You will develop and nurture core relationships with the Subaru field force and territory dealerships, facilitating ongoing business relationships that drive program success. Your ability to communicate effectively and provide support will be essential in ensuring that dealers fully understand the benefits of the program and are engaged in its usage.
In addition to servicing existing accounts, you will also be tasked with selling ongoing services to participating dealerships. This will involve identifying opportunities for upselling and ensuring that dealers are aware of the full range of services available to them. Your role will be pivotal in helping dealerships maximize their participation in the program and achieve their marketing goals.
