Carvana is seeking a Mid-Level Paintless Dent Repair Technician to join their team in Haines City, FL. You'll be responsible for repairing dents on vehicle panels using specialized techniques. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive PDR experience.
You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) experience, demonstrating your ability to access panels and utilize glue-pulling techniques effectively. Your expertise includes repairing smaller-sized dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels, showcasing your technical skills in automotive repair. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and can adapt to the business's needs, including working mandatory overtime when required. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English, ensuring smooth interactions with customers and colleagues alike.
As a Mid-Level Paintless Dent Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for assessing and repairing dents on vehicles, ensuring that each repair meets the high standards of quality expected by our customers. You will work with state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, allowing you to perform your job efficiently and effectively. Your role will involve collaborating with other technicians and team members to ensure that all repairs are completed in a timely manner, contributing to the overall customer satisfaction that Carvana is known for. You will also have the opportunity to mentor entry-level technicians, sharing your knowledge and skills to help them grow in their careers. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and best practices in automotive repair.
