TripActions is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to drive the strategic direction for their AI solutions. You have a strong background in product marketing, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a tech-focused environment. You understand the nuances of AI solutions and can effectively communicate their value to diverse audiences. Your storytelling ability allows you to craft compelling narratives that resonate with customers and prospects alike. You thrive at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing, ensuring alignment across teams to drive successful outcomes. You are data-driven, using market insights to inform your strategies and decisions. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and have a knack for developing tools and resources that empower sales teams to succeed.

Desirable

Experience in the travel or tech industry is a plus, as is familiarity with AI technologies. You are proactive in seeking out market trends and customer feedback to continuously refine your approach. You have a passion for creating engaging content that highlights product capabilities and drives user engagement.

What you'll do

In this role, you will develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for both new and existing AI products, ensuring successful adoption and engagement. You will work closely with product and sales teams to define target audiences and craft clear, compelling messaging that differentiates TripActions' capabilities in the market. Conducting market research will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you will need to understand customer needs, competitive landscapes, and industry trends to inform product development and marketing strategies. Additionally, you will create a variety of marketing materials, including product collateral, case studies, white papers, and blog posts that highlight the value of the AI solutions offered by TripActions.

TripActions offers a competitive salary range of $105,000—$198,000 USD, reflecting the importance of this role in driving the company's growth.
