Post-Production Auto Technician

Who you are

You have 1-3 years of professional automotive repair experience, ideally as an Automotive Mechanic. You are comfortable performing light maintenance and repairs, including changing brakes and tires, and conducting routine inspections. You understand the importance of delivering exceptional customer service and are willing to work mandatory overtime when needed. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English.

Desirable

Experience with brake and tire installations, as well as basic mechanical repairs for brake pads, calipers, rotors, and wheel alignments would be beneficial. Familiarity with high-tech automotive tools and inspection processes is a plus. You are a team player who is committed to the mission of Carvana and eager to learn and grow within the company.

What you'll do

As a Post-Production Auto Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing light maintenance and repairs on vehicles to ensure they meet quality standards. You will change brakes and tires, conduct routine inspections, and perform basic mechanical repairs. Your role will involve using state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our operations. You will also participate in training programs designed to enhance your skills and career progression as the company grows.
