You are a proactive and detail-obsessed individual eager to support a dynamic Talent Acquisition team. What you'll do

In this role, you will own the end-to-end recruiting coordination process, which includes managing job postings, scheduling interviews, and facilitating onsite visits. You will be responsible for candidate communication and follow-ups, ensuring that every interaction reflects the high standards of CLEAR. You will act as an ambassador for the Recruiting team, promoting operational excellence and a seamless candidate experience. Your role will involve collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the efficiency of the interview process. You will continuously seek ways to improve the candidate experience, making it as smooth and enjoyable as possible. As CLEAR scales quickly, your contributions will be critical to keeping the recruiting engine running effectively.
