Overview

Syndigo is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to drive digital demand and pipeline creation across international markets. This role requires expertise in regional marketing excellence and a focus on markets outside the Americas.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in performance marketing, with at least 5 years of experience driving digital demand and pipeline creation. Your expertise spans various international markets, particularly in Northern, Central, and Southern Europe, as well as Australia and New Zealand. You are execution-driven and thrive in a fast-paced environment, where you can leverage your analytical skills to optimize marketing strategies and campaigns.

You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales and product management. Your ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights is key to your success in this role. You are comfortable working with various marketing tools and platforms, and you stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing.

Desirable

Experience in managing marketing campaigns across multiple regions is a plus. Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems will enhance your ability to execute successful campaigns. A background in B2B marketing, particularly in the software or technology sectors, will be beneficial.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing strategies across all markets outside the Americas. You will work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for pipeline creation and demand generation. Your focus will be on driving user acquisition and engagement through targeted marketing campaigns.

You will analyze campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and make data-driven decisions to improve results. Collaborating with regional teams, you will tailor marketing initiatives to meet the unique needs of each market. Your role will involve managing budgets and ensuring that marketing spend is optimized for maximum ROI.

You will also be tasked with developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally. This includes working with creative teams to produce compelling marketing content that resonates with target audiences.
