Intercom is seeking a Manager of Account Executives for their MidMarket team to lead a high-performing sales group focused on new business revenue in North America. This role requires strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset to drive growth.

You have a proven track record in sales leadership, with experience managing teams of Account Executives and driving revenue growth in a competitive market. You are innovative and agile, adapting to the fast-paced nature of the AI customer service industry. You understand the importance of collaboration across functions and can effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels. You are resilient and thrive in challenging environments, always looking for ways to improve and optimize sales performance.

Desirable

Experience in the AI or technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with customer service solutions. You have a strong network within the industry and can leverage relationships to drive business success. A background in data-driven decision-making will help you analyze sales metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

What you'll do
