What you'll do

In this role, you will drive second-line risk assessments and develop escalation and mitigation strategies across products and services. You will design and implement a risk appetite framework, including key risk indicators (KRIs), and create risk monitoring dashboards that provide insights into risk levels. Your responsibilities will include owning and maintaining policies, procedures, and governance documents, ensuring they are updated annually to reflect current practices. You will develop data-driven narratives for leadership and Board reporting, articulating risk levels and impacts clearly. Conducting operational deep dives will be part of your role, allowing you to understand business processes and controls thoroughly. You will lead issue management processes, including root cause analysis and action tracking, to ensure that risks are managed effectively. Your ability to coach and mentor non-risk professionals will help elevate the overall understanding of risk management within the organization.
