UiPath is seeking a Solution Architect to design and evaluate enterprise-wide automation solutions. You'll collaborate with clients to translate complex business requirements into robust architectural designs. This role requires expertise in automation and architecture principles.
You have a strong background in designing and implementing enterprise solutions, with a focus on automation technologies. Your experience includes collaborating with clients to understand their business needs and translating those into effective architectural designs. You are skilled in creating solution design documents and test plans that ensure project success. You have a passion for mentoring developers and enforcing coding standards to elevate team capabilities. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending best practices for implementations. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders makes you a valuable asset in any project.
Experience with UiPath's automation platform is a plus, as is familiarity with enterprise architecture principles. You are comfortable in client-facing roles and have a knack for scoping discussions and preparing work effort estimates. Your curiosity drives you to stay updated on the latest trends in automation and software development, allowing you to bring innovative ideas to the table.
In this role, you will participate in process discovery and design meetings, working closely with clients to understand their automation needs. You will create detailed solution design documents that outline the architecture and implementation strategy for automation projects. Your responsibilities will also include conducting code reviews and providing mentorship to developers, ensuring that coding standards are met and that the team is continuously improving.
