In this role, you will lead process optimization initiatives across Amazon Logistics Delivery Stations. Your focus will be on enhancing safety standards, improving customer experience, and increasing operational productivity while managing costs. You will collaborate closely with local functional business owners and global engineering teams to implement best practices and technical solutions. You will design and enhance Amazon Logistics equipment and processes, driving continuous improvement in safety and operational metrics. You will champion standardization and innovation initiatives within the Worldwide Process Engineering Organization. Additionally, you will manage the implementation of new product features and enhancements for next-generation Delivery Stations, ensuring that all initiatives align with Amazon's commitment to customer satisfaction.
