What you'll do

You will build and maintain a network of potential candidates through direct sourcing and proactive market research. You will conduct preliminary interviews and evaluate candidates in partnership with the team, ensuring that the right skills are matched to client opportunities. You will serve as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring all correspondence is handled promptly. Additionally, you will collaborate with the commercial team to assess client demand and manage the lawyer hiring strategy, ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates.
