Who you are

You have a strong background in AI development, with experience in creating and evolving AI agents that solve real-world problems. Your expertise in generative AI and large language models (LLMs) such as GPT, Claude, and others sets you apart. You understand the intricacies of designing task-oriented conversational flows and have a knack for integrating AI copilots into corporate systems, ensuring seamless interaction with APIs, databases, ERPs, and CRMs.

You are well-versed in applying advanced techniques like prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to enhance the performance and reliability of AI solutions. Your commitment to quality, security, and observability in AI applications is evident in your work. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product teams, UX designers, and data specialists to deliver impactful solutions.

Your experience with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is extensive, and you are familiar with best practices in engineering, including testing, version control, and CI/CD processes. You have a passion for experimenting with new frameworks and models in AI, always seeking to improve and innovate.

Desirable

You will stand out if you have experience with corporate copilots or internal assistants, as well as knowledge of Azure OpenAI and Microsoft Copilot Studio. Familiarity with MLOps and LLMOps will be beneficial, along with an understanding of conversational UX and prompt design. Experience in agile environments and digital products will also be advantageous.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing AI agents and copilots that leverage LLMs to enhance productivity and solve complex problems. You will design and implement conversational interaction flows that are task-oriented, ensuring that users have a seamless experience. Your work will involve orchestrating agents, integrating tools, and managing memory and reasoning capabilities within the AI systems you develop.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX designers, and data analysts, to ensure that the AI solutions you create meet business needs and user expectations. Your role will also involve experimenting with and evaluating new approaches, frameworks, and models in AI, pushing the boundaries of what is possible.

Documentation will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you will need to articulate architectural decisions and the rationale behind them. You will ensure that the AI solutions you develop are of high quality, secure, and performant, contributing to the overall success of CI&T's projects.
