What you'll do

As a Senior Developer Success Engineer at Temporal, you will be the frontline technical expert for our developer community — your role involves helping users deploy and scale Temporal in cloud-native environments, ensuring they have the support they need to succeed. You will troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, providing timely and effective solutions to enhance user experience. Your responsibilities will also include optimizing performance and developing automation solutions that streamline processes and improve efficiency.

You will work closely with our engineering team to gain deep expertise in our technology stack, which includes AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, and microservices — this hands-on experience will allow you to understand real-world customer use cases and challenges. You will engage with developers through various channels, providing guidance and support while fostering a collaborative community atmosphere.

Your role will also involve creating and maintaining documentation, tutorials, and other resources that empower developers to utilize Temporal effectively — you will be instrumental in shaping the developer experience and ensuring that our community has access to the tools and knowledge they need to thrive.
