NeoTaste is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead the UK growth strategy and scale acquisition and retention channels. You'll utilize your analytical skills and hands-on marketing experience to drive measurable impact in London.
You are a growth and marketing generalist with hands-on experience in a startup or scale-up environment. You have a proven track record of building and scaling at least one growth channel from scratch, demonstrating your ability to turn vague problems into clear plans and results. Your strong analytical skills and confidence with tools like Google Sheets and funnel metrics enable you to make data-driven decisions effectively. You possess a deep understanding of the UK market, particularly London, and can communicate clearly in English, managing stakeholders with ease. Your high ownership mindset drives you to execute landing pages, tracking, and experiments, ensuring that you are not just strategizing but also implementing.
Experience working with or leading interns or junior team members is a significant plus, as you will grow into the go-to person for UK Growth at NeoTaste.
In this role, you will build and scale NeoTaste’s UK growth engine hands-on, taking real ownership of the process. You will launch and scale new acquisition and retention channels beyond the current playbook, ensuring that you own the UK go-to-market execution from experiments to repeatable growth loops. Your responsibilities will include designing, running, and analyzing high-cadence growth experiments end-to-end, allowing you to continuously improve the UK city launch playbook and growth infrastructure. You will also build simple but powerful dashboards to guide weekly decisions, ensuring that your insights drive the team's strategy and execution.
