HelloFresh is seeking a People Technology Principal Functional Specialist to lead Workday Advanced Compensation initiatives. You'll leverage your expertise in compensation processes and Workday HCM to deliver scalable solutions. This role requires significant experience in compensation configuration and collaboration with various stakeholders.

Who you are

You are an experienced People Technology Principal Functional Specialist with a strong background in Workday Advanced Compensation. You have deep knowledge of compensation processes, including merit, bonus, equity, and allowances, and possess hands-on capability in core HCM areas such as Staffing, Organizations, Business Processes, Security, and Reporting. You thrive in a collaborative environment, partnering closely with Compensation & Benefits, HR, Finance, and Legal teams to design and deliver compliant, data-driven solutions. You are a thought leader in the Workday ecosystem, ensuring best practices are followed across the HCM landscape.

Desirable

Experience with global compensation initiatives and a strong understanding of HR compliance and governance will set you apart. Familiarity with data analytics tools and a proactive approach to problem-solving will enhance your contributions to the team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will act as the principal subject matter expert in Workday Advanced Compensation, owning solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and governance. You will lead complex, global compensation initiatives, such as annual merit, bonus, and equity cycles, ensuring that HelloFresh maximizes the value of Workday globally. You will translate reward strategies into scalable system solutions, partnering with senior stakeholders to align on objectives and deliver impactful results. Your role will involve providing guidance and best practices across the Workday HCM suite, ensuring that the team remains at the forefront of industry standards.

You will also be responsible for mentoring junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of HelloFresh's compensation processes, driving employee satisfaction and retention. You will engage in regular reviews of system performance and user feedback, making necessary adjustments to enhance functionality and user experience.
