Overview

Uber is hiring a Customer Support Specialist to provide high-quality in-person assistance to drivers and users. You'll be responsible for problem resolution and supporting new driver registrations in San Luis Potosi.

What you'll do

In this role, you will provide high-quality in-person customer support at Uber's Greenlight hubs — your primary responsibility will be to assist new driver partners in completing their first rides and ensuring they feel confident using the platform. You will guarantee timely problem resolution by following established procedures and escalating issues when necessary. Your role will also involve facilitating the registration of new driver partners and communicating the value of driving with Uber, which may include proactive outreach. You will interact with existing drivers and delivery partners to support their success on the platform, collaborating with management to enhance support processes. Additionally, you will assist in local events and promotions, contributing to the overall community engagement efforts.
