As a Sourcing Recruiter Intern at Amazon, you will manage and prioritize job searches, ensuring that you meet customer goals and timelines. You will utilize your experience in setting benchmarks and tracking metrics to fulfill job searches effectively. You will work closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand their needs and forge strong relationships that facilitate successful hiring outcomes.
