OpenGov is seeking a Manager of Product Enablement to lead the go-to-market organization in understanding and selling their products. This role requires strong collaboration across product marketing, product management, and sales enablement.
You have a proven track record in product enablement or a related field, with experience in bridging the gap between product marketing and sales. You understand the nuances of product positioning and can translate technical features into compelling sales narratives. Your ability to create engaging and interactive enablement content is key to driving product adoption and confidence among sales teams. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are skilled at managing cross-functional relationships to ensure alignment on product launches and updates.
You possess strong project management skills, allowing you to oversee the enablement structure and content strategy effectively. Your experience in leading teams, particularly in a technical project management capacity, equips you to guide the GTM readiness process from a product enablement perspective. You are detail-oriented and can manage multiple launch cycles simultaneously, ensuring that all stakeholders are well-prepared and informed.
You are passionate about empowering teams with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed. Your communication skills are exceptional, enabling you to convey complex information clearly and persuasively. You are comfortable working with technical teams and can translate their insights into actionable enablement materials that resonate with sales personnel.
Experience in the public sector or with ERP solutions is a plus, as it will help you understand the unique challenges faced by local and state governments. Familiarity with AI technologies and their applications in government operations will also be beneficial. You are adaptable and open to learning new concepts quickly, which will help you stay ahead in a rapidly evolving industry.
In this role, you will lead the product enablement efforts at OpenGov, ensuring that the go-to-market organization is fully equipped to understand and sell the product effectively. You will create and manage launch deliverables, including hands-on, interactive content that drives adoption across all OpenGov products. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the Technical Project Manager and coordinating the GTM readiness process to ensure that all teams are aligned and prepared for product launches.
You will collaborate closely with product marketing to develop messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences. By working with product management, you will gain insights into new features and updates, which you will then translate into enablement materials for the sales team. Your role will involve regular communication with sales enablement to ensure that they have the necessary tools and knowledge to effectively sell OpenGov's solutions.
You will also be responsible for analyzing the effectiveness of enablement initiatives and making data-driven recommendations for improvements. Your ability to gather feedback from sales teams and incorporate it into future enablement strategies will be crucial for success. You will lead training sessions and workshops to ensure that all team members are confident in their understanding of the products and can articulate their value to customers.
