What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for the Machine Learning Platform squad, you will lead a talented group of engineers dedicated to building the foundations that power real-time machine learning across Skyscanner. Your role will involve shaping the technical direction of the ML-serving capabilities, ensuring that they are reliable and scalable. You will coach and support your team, helping them grow their skills and advance their careers.

You will collaborate closely with Data Science and Product teams to evolve the ML-serving stack, making it easier for teams across the organization to ship smarter experiences faster. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding the team through complex technical challenges and ensuring successful delivery of projects.
