You are a strategic and commercial Senior Ecommerce Manager with a proven track record in driving performance for global brands on ecommerce platforms. With a growth mindset, you thrive in fast-changing environments and can lead teams through ambiguity. You possess strong analytical skills and are obsessed with data, using it to inform decisions and optimize strategies. Your experience includes managing relationships with partners and stakeholders, ensuring alignment towards common goals. You have a knack for developing people, helping them perform at their best while fostering a collaborative team culture. Your ability to engage with internal stakeholders and partners is key to your success in this role.
Desirable
Experience in managing ecommerce operations across multiple marketplaces is a plus. Familiarity with AI and machine learning applications in ecommerce will set you apart. A background in logistics and fulfillment processes will also be beneficial as you navigate the complexities of global ecommerce.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the financial performance of a portfolio of global brands, ensuring they achieve their ecommerce growth targets. You will lead a team of Brand Managers, guiding them in implementing effective strategies across various marketplaces, including Amazon and Walmart. Your responsibilities will include analyzing performance data to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement processes that scale the organization in the EU, driving efficiency and effectiveness in operations. You will also be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences, leveraging insights from data to inform your approach. As a leader, you will mentor your team, fostering their professional development and encouraging innovative thinking. Your role will require you to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities, ensuring that your strategies remain relevant and impactful.
