Targetbase is seeking a Senior Marketing Project Manager to oversee program execution from conception to delivery. You'll manage resources, budgets, and project plans while ensuring compliance with established standards. This role requires 7+ years of relevant experience, preferably in an agency setting.
You have over 7 years of relevant program or project management experience, ideally within a marketing agency environment. Your background equips you with a strong understanding of managing complex projects and navigating the challenges that arise during execution. You are a process-oriented thinker who embraces challenges and rallies teams to ensure program success. You are adept at defining, estimating, and aligning on the overall scope of assigned programs, ensuring that all stakeholders are on the same page.
Your experience has taught you the importance of monitoring program progress against the plan and Statement of Work (SOW). You proactively communicate variances and work collaboratively with your team to resolve issues as they arise. You understand the nuances of addressing issues related to scope, schedule, budget, or quality, and you ensure that any scope changes are documented appropriately. Your ability to provide timely information to account leads helps manage client expectations effectively.
You are committed to adhering to established standards and ensuring compliance with processes at Targetbase. You take pride in defining, developing, and implementing best practices that enhance project outcomes. As the primary point of contact for assigned programs, you lead internal status meetings and facilitate communication among team members to keep everyone aligned and informed.
Experience working in an agency setting is preferred, as it provides you with insights into the unique challenges and dynamics of agency life. A PMP certification would be a valuable asset, demonstrating your commitment to project management excellence and your ability to apply industry-standard methodologies.
