Newsela is seeking a Marketing Operations Coordinator to assist in managing email campaigns across LATAM. You'll work with Marketo and ensure email quality and deliverability. This role is ideal for detail-oriented candidates with a passion for marketing operations.
You are a detail-oriented and results-driven individual with a strong focus on maintaining deployment calendars and coordinating email schedules. You thrive in environments that value consistency and data integrity, and you enjoy the continuous challenge of optimizing deliverability and maximizing engagement across diverse audiences. You have experience with email marketing tools and understand the importance of quality assurance in email execution. You are organized and process-oriented, ensuring that all promotional, nurture, and operational emails are executed flawlessly. You are eager to learn and grow in the marketing operations field, and you are excited about the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team.
In this role, you will support the execution and scheduling of all marketing emails within Marketo, ensuring they are delivered accurately and render correctly. You will assist in building, testing, and deploying final email assets from approved templates, applying minor coding edits and dynamic content as needed. You will conduct thorough quality assurance checks, including link validation and proofreading, to ensure every deployment meets industry best practices. You will track deliverability metrics and troubleshoot basic issues to maintain an optimal sender reputation. Additionally, you will configure and manage A/B tests for subject lines and content to optimize engagement and conversion rates. Your contributions will help refine the email deployment process, maximizing efficiency and effectiveness.
