Program Overview
We are seeking Accounts Receivable Intern(s) to support our global AR team in managing the Collections. The primary focus will be on collections for customers in the US and Canada.
This internship offers hands-on exposure to real-world finance operations in a fast-growing SaaS environment, including communication with North American customers, understanding billing processes, and resolving outstanding accounts.
Interns will assist with outreach to customers, resolving overdue items, updating account notes, and supporting our Zendesk ticket backlog. In some cases, tasks may require late-afternoon or early-evening hours due to time zone differences - this will give interns valuable experience in client communication, business English, and handling real customer situations.
