AppDirect is seeking a Cloud Services Administrator to manage the post-sale lifecycle of clients' cloud and software subscriptions. You'll ensure service continuity and accuracy in account modifications. This role requires strong organizational skills and cross-functional communication.
You are detail-oriented and highly organized, with a knack for managing multiple tasks simultaneously. In your previous roles, you have demonstrated exceptional communication skills, allowing you to effectively liaise with various departments such as Sales, Technical Support, and Finance. You thrive in environments where accuracy is paramount, and you understand the importance of adhering to service level agreements (SLAs) to minimize customer disruption. You have experience in customer service or operations, where you have honed your ability to resolve issues promptly and professionally.
As a Cloud Services Administrator at AppDirect, you will be responsible for executing customer-initiated account modifications, which include adding licenses, subtracting seats, suspending services, and processing account cancellations. You will manage a high-volume queue of service requests, ensuring that each request is handled in a timely manner while maintaining a high standard of communication with clients. Your role will require you to prioritize tasks effectively, focusing on accuracy to prevent any potential financial penalties for the company. You will also collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure that subscription changes align with contract terms, and you will work with Technical Support to address any service disruption issues that may arise.
