What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the communications strategy for Roblox's Trust & Safety efforts, ensuring that our approach to safety and platform policies is clearly communicated to the public. You will work closely with the Global Communications team to develop messaging that addresses current events and legislative changes impacting the platform. Your responsibilities will include managing media relations, crafting press releases, and preparing statements for crisis situations.

You will be the primary point of contact for media inquiries related to safety and community standards, providing timely and accurate information to journalists and stakeholders. You will also monitor media coverage and public sentiment, using insights to inform your communications strategy and adjust messaging as needed.

As the platform evolves, you will be responsible for updating and communicating changes to community standards and safety policies. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure that all communications are consistent and aligned with the company's goals. Your work will play a crucial role in fostering trust and transparency with our users and the broader community.
