What you'll do

In this role, you will define and execute the technical roadmap for the Operational Technology product portfolio. You will lead a team of 25 engineers, guiding them in the development and delivery of robust and secure solutions. Your strategic leadership will be crucial in aligning the team's efforts with the overall business objectives of Tenable. You will foster a culture of excellence, encouraging innovation and collaboration across departments.

You will be responsible for overseeing the technical direction of the OT product, ensuring that it meets the highest standards of security and performance. This includes setting clear goals for your team, providing mentorship, and facilitating professional development opportunities. You will work closely with product management to prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback and market trends.

Collaboration will be key in this role, as you will partner with various stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure that the OT solutions meet customer needs and drive business growth. You will also be involved in recruiting top talent to build a high-performing engineering team that can tackle the challenges of the cybersecurity landscape.
