Apple is seeking a Program Manager for their AppleCare Systems Readiness Integration team to oversee complex programs supporting business strategies and systems requirements. This role involves project management, partner engagement, and issue resolution.
You have a strong background in program management, with experience overseeing large-scale projects that require coordination across multiple teams. You excel in managing complex timelines and ensuring that deliverables are met on schedule. Your analytical skills allow you to investigate and resolve intricate product setup and support issues effectively. You are a key participant in user acceptance testing (UAT) and systems integration, ensuring that all aspects of the project align with business objectives. You are adept at identifying trends in product and business data, which helps you document and recommend solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
In this role, you will manage the end-to-end oversight of various programs within the AppleCare Worldwide organization. You will be responsible for project managing new product introduction (NPI) project plans, tracking open issues, and communicating project updates to stakeholders. Your role will involve coordinating partner engagement both upstream and downstream to ensure that project schedules and deliverables are met. You will analyze and resolve issues, including working with large data sets to determine root causes and recommend actionable solutions. Additionally, you will lead efforts in new channel offerings and changes to sustaining product configurations and documentation requirements, ensuring that all projects align with AppleCare's business strategies.
