Who you are

You have a strong background in revenue accounting and operations, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role. Your expertise in U.S. GAAP, particularly ASC 606, allows you to navigate complex revenue recognition scenarios effectively. You are skilled in financial analysis, enabling you to provide insights into revenue trends and performance metrics that drive business decisions. You have a proven track record of leading teams, coaching individuals, and fostering a collaborative environment where everyone can thrive. Your ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, and Legal, ensures that all revenue-related processes align with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Desirable

Experience with SaaS revenue models is a plus, as is familiarity with audit processes and compliance monitoring. You are detail-oriented and possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to conduct thorough reconciliations and flux analysis. Your leadership style emphasizes empowerment and development, helping your team members grow in their roles while achieving organizational goals.
