You have experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, where you've supported high-level executives and managed complex schedules. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to interact effectively with investors, advisors, and partners. Your organizational abilities are top-notch, enabling you to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. You thrive in a collaborative setting and are comfortable working closely with a small team. You understand the importance of confidentiality and professionalism in your interactions. You are adaptable and can handle the dynamic nature of a growing company, contributing positively to the team culture.
In this role, you will be the right-hand person to the founders, assisting with daily operations and ensuring that everything runs smoothly. You will manage their schedules, coordinate meetings, and prepare necessary materials for discussions with stakeholders.
