You are a highly experienced sales executive with a proven track record in driving revenue growth for strategic accounts. You thrive in high-growth environments and are adept at navigating complex challenges with limited oversight. Your ability to build relationships with strategic clients and industry thought leaders sets you apart. You demonstrate a passion for Stripe’s mission and possess the skills to communicate technical concepts clearly to highly technical customers. You are skilled at driving CxO level strategy and relationships, ensuring that you can effectively engage with decision-makers.
Prior experience at a growth stage Internet or software company is preferred, as it equips you with the insights needed to succeed in a fast-paced environment. You understand the intricacies of working with large enterprises and can adapt your approach to meet diverse client needs.
As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for revenue growth for 1-2 of Stripe’s most strategic customers. You will develop both the long-term vision and account strategy for your team while managing day-to-day relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Your role will involve increasing revenue and enhancing customer stickiness through effective relationship management. You will work cross-functionally across the organization to shape Stripe's solutions to meet customer needs, ensuring that you align product offerings with client expectations. Your ability to communicate effectively and build rapport will be crucial in driving success for your accounts.
