Overview

Rubrik is seeking a Healthcare Account Executive to drive bookings growth in healthcare accounts across the Ohio Valley. You'll focus on acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships. This role requires strong sales skills and a proactive approach to pipeline management.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the healthcare sector, and understand the nuances of selling technology solutions to healthcare organizations. You are a relentless self-starter who thrives on acquiring new clients and developing strategic relationships. Your ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively is complemented by your strong communication skills, enabling you to present complex solutions clearly and persuasively.

You are results-driven and have experience in executing sales plans that exceed quotas. You understand the importance of collaboration and work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales Engineers and Channel Partners, to drive success. Your focus on customer expansion demonstrates your commitment to building long-term relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

Desirable

Experience in cybersecurity solutions or data protection technologies would be a significant advantage. Familiarity with the healthcare industry's regulatory environment and decision-making processes will help you navigate client interactions more effectively. A background in account management or business development will also be beneficial as you work to grow your territory.

What you'll do

In this role, you will define and execute sales strategies for your assigned territory, focusing on both new and existing healthcare accounts. You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities, ensuring that you meet and exceed your sales quotas. Your daily activities will include driving pipeline generation and engaging with potential clients to understand their needs and present Rubrik's solutions.

You will develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, moving strategic transactions through the sales process efficiently. Your ability to identify new opportunities for growth will be crucial as you work with a mix of mid-enterprise accounts. You will present Rubrik's solutions within complex data center environments, articulating the value proposition clearly to stakeholders.

Collaboration will be key in this role, as you will work closely with Sales Engineers, Sales Development, and Channel Development teams to ensure that you have the resources needed to succeed. You will also engage with Rubrik Channel Partners to expand your reach and enhance your sales efforts.
