Krafton is seeking an IT Procurement Team Member to manage essential IT assets and ensure optimal purchasing strategies. This role requires over 2 years of experience in IT procurement and strong communication skills.

Job Description

Who you are

You have over 2 years of practical experience in IT asset procurement, including hardware, software, and cloud services. Your ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with various departments such as IT, security, finance, and legal is essential for understanding organizational needs and reflecting them in purchasing strategies. You possess strategic thinking and execution skills, enabling you to negotiate effectively and manage vendor relationships.

You are familiar with procurement systems such as Concur or ERP, which allows you to streamline purchasing processes and maintain accurate records. Your experience in sourcing management and price negotiation will help you identify and evaluate vendors, ensuring that the best suppliers are selected based on quality and cost-effectiveness.

You thrive in a team-oriented environment and take responsibility for your tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency of IT procurement within the organization. Your proactive approach to recognizing optimal purchasing times and understanding market conditions will be key to minimizing risks and building a sustainable supply chain.

Desirable

Experience in managing contracts and ensuring timely renewals is a plus. Familiarity with conducting market research and preparing requests for proposals (RFPs) will enhance your ability to engage with both new and existing vendors effectively.
