You possess a deep understanding of trading systems and core software development processes. What you'll do

In this role, you will lead multi-disciplinary programs that enable Optiver’s trading expansion into new markets, asset classes, and products. You will oversee the development of the firm’s core trading software, ensuring that it meets the evolving needs of the business. By partnering with senior engineering and trading leadership, you will define project scope, align priorities, and execute high-impact initiatives that drive growth.

You will enhance delivery processes, feedback loops, and reporting mechanisms to improve cross-team visibility and accountability. Your focus on continuous improvement will help optimize collaboration between trading and software development teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will also be responsible for mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing within the organization. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping the future of Optiver’s trading systems, as you work to ensure they evolve with speed, reliability, and precision.
