SpaceX is seeking a Starlink Enterprise Account Lead (Government) to manage relationships with government clients and ensure successful activation of services. This role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.
You have a proven track record in account management, particularly within the government sector, and possess a deep understanding of customer service principles. Your ability to build relationships and manage expectations is exceptional, allowing you to effectively communicate customer feedback to internal teams. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the entire account lifecycle.
Experience in the telecommunications or satellite industry is a plus, as is familiarity with government contracting processes. You are adept at problem-solving and can navigate complex situations with ease, ensuring that customer needs are met promptly and effectively.
As the Starlink Enterprise Account Lead for Government, you will act as the primary point of contact for government clients, overseeing the onboarding process and ensuring that all contract terms are fulfilled. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, addressing any issues that arise, and maintaining strong relationships with your clients. Your role will involve collecting and communicating customer feedback to influence product development and improve service offerings.
