Job Description

Are you passionate about creating world-class shopping experiences that delight customers and drive business growth? Do you want to be at the forefront of initiatives that significantly impact Amazon's customer experience and bottom line?
We are seeking an Category Growth Program Manager to join our Amazon Türkiye team. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and optimizing the Amazon.com.tr shopping experience, driving traffic, awareness, and engagement for your categories through innovative marketing strategies and data-driven decisions.
This position is preferably dedicated to people with certification of disability in accordance with the Labour Law. (According to Article of 30 the Labour Law, if there are 50 or more employees in a private sector work place, then the employer is obliged to employ disabled persons corresponding to 3% of the total number of the employees working in the work place. If the employer has more than one work place within the borders of the same city, then the total number of the employees working in those work places is taken into account for the calculation of the required number of the disabled employees.)


Key job responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic onsite marketing initiatives to enhance customer experience and drive business growth
- Optimize content and features across various product categories and promotional programs
- Establish and maintain reporting systems to track and communicate performance results
- Strong time management skills in a fast paced environment and the ability to be self-directed as needed• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, or Engineering
• Fluency in English and Turkish (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables, charts, multiple criteria lookups, etc.)
• Relevant experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or program management
• MBA or Master's degree
• Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques
• Knowledge of e-commerce metrics and KPIs
• Experience working in a fast-paced, multinational environment
