What you'll do

In this role, you will report to the Senior Director of Solutions Architecture and play a crucial part in advising Unqork users on architecture best practices. You will develop reusable design patterns and share them with the Unqork community, enhancing the overall quality of solutions provided. Your responsibilities will include building example applications that demonstrate these design patterns or best practices, ensuring that clients can see the value of your recommendations in action. You will partner with clients and internal teams to deliver Unqork's platform and services, guiding customers through technical and business solutions that promote greater adoption and usage of the platform. As a strategic relationship manager, you will provide continuity from sale to production and beyond, ensuring that client needs are met at every stage of the process. You will support ongoing account management and maintain customer journeys, delivering value at every interaction.
