HelloFresh is hiring a Data Analyst to enhance marketing performance through data-driven insights. You'll work with SQL, Google Analytics, and Tableau to develop analytical tools and dashboards. This role requires experience in data analysis and collaboration with marketing teams.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a solid background in data analysis, ideally with experience in marketing analytics — you understand how to leverage data to drive marketing performance and improve decision-making processes. You are proficient in SQL and have experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI, enabling you to present complex data in a clear and actionable manner.

You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with cross-functional teams — you thrive in environments where you can partner with Data Engineers and Marketing stakeholders to deliver impactful insights. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences sets you apart, allowing you to translate data findings into actionable strategies.

You are detail-oriented and have a knack for problem-solving — you enjoy diving into data to uncover trends and insights that can optimize marketing spend and improve conversion rates. Your experience with Google Analytics and other analytics platforms helps you to develop a comprehensive understanding of user behavior and marketing effectiveness.

Desirable

Experience with forecasting models and budgeting processes would be a plus — you understand the importance of accurate forecasting in driving marketing strategies. Familiarity with self-service analytics tools and user onboarding processes is also beneficial, as you will be responsible for ensuring high adoption and engagement with these tools.

What you'll do

As a Data Analyst at HelloFresh, you will own and maintain self-service analytics tools, ensuring they are user-friendly and accessible to the Marketing team. You will coordinate the onboarding of users onto the analytics platform, providing training and support to maximize engagement and correct usage. Your role will involve developing a solid functional knowledge of internal analytics tools and datasets, which will empower you to design and build effective forecasting models for marketing performance.

You will redesign and enhance dashboards and reports to improve usability and clarity, combining data from multiple sources to create unified, analytics-ready datasets. Your analytical skills will be crucial in supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) for new tools, dashboards, and data products, ensuring they meet the needs of the Marketing department.

You will partner closely with stakeholders in the Marketing department to understand their requirements and translate them into analytical solutions that deliver actionable insights. Presenting analyses, dashboards, and recommendations clearly to non-technical audiences and senior management will be a key part of your responsibilities, helping to drive data-informed decision-making across the organization.
