NPI Operations Program Manager, Pixel

Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 5 years of experience in program or project management. Your background includes 5 years in NPI Operations management or supply chain management, manufacturing operations, or development. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to present effectively to leadership teams. You understand that a problem isn’t truly solved until it’s resolved for all, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can drive solutions across multiple cross-functional teams.

With a minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, you have a proven track record of leading complex projects from start to finish. You are adept at managing project schedules, identifying risks, and communicating clearly with cross-functional partners across the organization. Your ability to coordinate players and keep them updated on progress and deadlines is a key strength.

You are comfortable with travel, as this role may require you to travel up to 30% of the time.
