You are a trusted advisor who thrives on building relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their success with the Elastic Stack. You are proactive in your approach, continuously seeking to improve both your skills and the solutions you provide. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively.

Desirable

Experience with cloud-based solutions and a solid understanding of AI and machine learning principles would be advantageous. Familiarity with the Elastic Stack, including Elasticsearch, Kibana, and Logstash, is a plus. You are comfortable engaging with technical teams and can bridge the gap between technical and business discussions. A background in sales engineering or customer success roles would enhance your candidacy.

What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the technical point of contact for some of Elastic's largest clients, helping them leverage the Elastic Stack to meet their business objectives. You will develop a deep understanding of customer goals and objectives, ensuring that you can articulate how Elastic's offerings can address their specific needs. You will engage with the regional Elastic community through events and programs, enhancing the visibility of Elastic's solutions. Your role will involve collaborating closely with the sales team to enable them to effectively communicate the value of Elastic's products to potential customers. You will also participate in the development of technical content and resources that support the sales process and customer engagement.
