Finalis is seeking a Customer Success Manager to elevate client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. You'll oversee onboarding, training, and adoption of products while maintaining strategic advisor relationships. This role requires strong communication skills and a proactive approach to customer success.
You have a strong background in customer success management, ideally with experience in a remote environment. You thrive in a collaborative setting, valuing trust, speed, kindness, and good intent in your interactions. Your ability to build and maintain relationships with clients is exceptional, and you take pride in ensuring their success with the products and services offered. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and have a keen awareness of industry trends that can impact customer satisfaction. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively engage with senior-level management both internally and externally. You are detail-oriented, ensuring that customer success metrics and data management are meticulously maintained.
Experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture is a plus, as is familiarity with various customer success tools and methodologies. You are adaptable and open to learning from diverse team members from different backgrounds and cultures.
In this role, you will take full responsibility for the success of your clients, expertly overseeing their onboarding and providing comprehensive training to foster rapid adoption of our products. You will cultivate and sustain trusted relationships with clients, proactively delivering value and optimizing their utilization of our services. Your role will involve tracking and analyzing relevant developments in the industry, allowing you to inform customer success strategies and initiatives effectively. You will also take ownership of customer success metrics, ensuring accurate and real-time records are maintained to support analysis and reporting. Your ability to communicate effectively will be crucial as you interact with clients and internal teams to understand and address customer needs.
