You have a strong background in business systems analysis, ideally with experience in ServiceNow or similar platforms. Your analytical skills enable you to identify and solve complex challenges, ensuring that systems align with business objectives. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with engineering and product teams to drive improvements and efficiencies. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively. You are adaptable and open to learning new technologies and methodologies as the landscape evolves.
