Handshake is seeking Agents and Business Managers of Artists, Performers, and Athletes to contribute to an AI training project. You'll leverage your professional experience to evaluate AI models and provide structured feedback. No AI experience is required for this contract role.
You have at least 4 years of professional experience in roles related to managing artists, performers, or athletes. Your background equips you with the context needed to evaluate and train AI models effectively. You are comfortable working independently and can manage your time flexibly, averaging 5-20 hours per week. You are open to learning new skills and contributing to the development of AI in your field, even if you do not have prior AI experience.
In this role, you will evaluate AI models based on your professional experience, providing clear and structured feedback that enhances the model's understanding of workplace tasks and language. You will develop prompts for AI models that accurately reflect your field and assess the responses generated by these models. Your insights will help shape how AI is utilized in your area of expertise. The position is remote and asynchronous, allowing you to work from anywhere in the United States. You will have the opportunity to participate in various projects as they become available throughout the year.
