Almabase is seeking a Technical Lead to drive reliability and distributed product engineering. You'll work with technologies like Java and AWS to enhance system performance and stability. This role requires strong leadership and technical expertise.
You have a strong background in software engineering with at least 5 years of experience in leading technical teams. Your expertise in Java and Python allows you to design and implement robust systems that can handle high traffic and ensure reliability. You are familiar with cloud technologies, particularly AWS, and have experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes. You understand the importance of reliability in software products and have a track record of improving system performance and stability. You thrive in environments that value autonomy and responsibility, and you are passionate about mentoring and guiding your team to success.
Experience with distributed systems and a solid understanding of AI technologies would be a plus. Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools is also beneficial. You are someone who enjoys solving complex problems and can think critically about system architecture and design.
